He became a performer who is sought out by many contemporary composers, but his programmes usually combine such works with his own transcriptions of compositions by already well established composers. One popular example is Bach’s Ciaccona from the Sonata in D minor for violin solo. Audiences will also enjoy works by Xenakis, Tan Dun, and many other composers.
