Through Music to Ourselves ⬩ Regular musical meetings
We invite you to the project Through Music to Ourselves. We will meet four times throughout the school year both in person at your school as well as in the Rudolfinum and online. Together, we will be working towards a concluding performance in the Dvořák Hall. Ondřej Tichý will be our guide alongside other musicians and instructors.

The program for children is based on a musical part but also on a spoken word that will be given in Czech language only. The program will not be supplied with English subtitles.
Can music help us discover what we have inside us? And can it be an instrument helping us make contact with another person, group of friends or peers? Let's explore whether we can listen to one another, concentrate, find joy and calm even in the middle of all the changes around us. Let's come together and use what music has always taught us - to let our personal rythm sound, express the inexpressible with our voice and find strength in playing together. "Music can be the key to our adventurous journey through life, I have been observing this throughout my more than 20 years of professional experience. Even more strongly over the past months," says Ondřej Tichý, the author of the project.
We are preparing the project so that it can take place even in limited form to comply with possible govermnent restrictions.
We will plan the dates of the first three meetings with you, the joint concluding performance will take place on 6th May 2022 at 9:30 a.m. in the Dvořák Hall.
