Carnival and More – Fun Folk Customs for the Whole Year ⬩ Ding dong bell

The program for children is based on a musical part but also on a spoken word that will be given in Czech language only. The program will not be supplied with English subtitles.

August brings the sheaves of corn, then the harvest home is borne. The swishing of scythes, making scarecrows - all in a hurry to keep a summer storm from ruining the harvest. And relief when the grain gets stored away on time. In the village, after all that hard work there was a celebration - a harvest festival. All in one morning!
