For Boris Giltburg, victory at the 2013 Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels became the springboard for his remarkable artistic career. In Prague, he will be devoting himself to Beethoven and will lead a masterclass with young pianists.

Boris Giltburg is an Israeli pianist and one of the most sought-after soloists of his generation. Victory at the 2013 Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels became the springboard for his remarkable artistic career. Besides giving solo recitals at famed concert venues like Wigmore Hall and the Elbephilharmonie, he receives initations to appear with orchestras around the world. During the Beethoven anniversary in 2020, he recorded all 32 of Beethoven's piano sonatas and his five piano concertos.
