From Carmen to Tannhäuser
Besides overtures by Georges Bizet and Richard Wagner, we will hear Camille Saint-Saëns’s Skeleton Dance and selections from Edvard Grieg’s incidental music to the play Peer Gynt by the Norwegian dramatist Henrik Ibsen. And Smetana has a little surprise waiting for us!

The programme is based on a musical part but also on a spoken word that will be given in Czech language only. The programme will not be supplied with English subtitles.
Subscriptions and individual concert tickets are available.
For those interested in subscription tickets there are concerts on 23 October 2023 and 25 October 2023.
Individual (non-subscription) tickets can only be ordered for the concert on 24 October 2023.
One teacher may order tickets for a maximum of 60 students for each of the concerts.
