Czech Chamber Music Society ⬩ Wihan Quartet

When one speaks of the Czech chamber music tradition, one must not forget its crowning discipline: the string quartet. The April concert will belong to a a national treasure — the Wihan Quartet who celebrate their 40th anniversary. Before tackling Beethoven and Schubert, the ensemble will also perform music by this year’s Czech Philharmonic Composer-in-Residence Bryce Dessner.
