One of today’s foremost violinists and this year’s Czech Philharmonic Artist-in-Residence, Janine Jansen is also giving a solo recital for the Czech Chamber Music Society. Thanks to her, we will again be commemorating Beethoven, then we will hear one of the most famous sonatas of the 19th century, Franck’s great Sonata in A major. Then comes Claude Debussy’s Violin Sonata, his last completed work.
