Rudolf Firkušný Piano Festival ⬩ Grigory Sokolov

His concerts have the character of an almost mystical ritual. They typically take place in subdued lighting, following his meticulous familiarisation with the instrument in every detail. An artist whose recitals draw audiences from across the globe, withdraws each summer from public life to focus on a single programme for the forthcoming season. We will therefore have to wait for the announcement of his repertoire.
